By forcing someone to pay for something they dont want, invites them to play games with the very thing they dont want..thats what spite is.
Right.and one way to have losers.involved is to force them to pay.for something they dont want.
Trust me. By forcing s loser to pay for a child he doesnt want. He will purposely want to be involved just to cause hurt and games.i was locked up with people just like this...
Thas my point. Better to have him just go...and he wont be able to be around the child...
By forcing them to pay, many will accept that as an invite to out of resentment stick around and in the childs life...ive seen it...more then.once...sucks...
