But how do you think that kid will feel. Having some loser dad forced.to be in his life...its better for the kid if guys that dont want.them are actually kept away from them frankly...
You wont get water from a stone...if a guy or women doesnt want to be in the kids life...he or she wont want to pay for the child...jail wont do squat....neither would garnishing

Better they are kept away from the child, not forced to.be in the childs life..
Because they will resent it,and thet resenment will be unleashed one way oe another on the kid....

And if its just the idea fine you dont need to be involved with the kid, but pay anyway most will out of spit given that dictat purposely be involved.
Ive known guys that have done just that. and they played the most god awfull games with the kids heads.... having their son refer to their mothers as animal or crack whore oe worse...because of ideas like forcing them will actually help...
It doesnt because thesE guys are no good..period. best to let them go far away....
