Hello everyone!!
What do you know about tinnitus? What are the treatments available for tinnitus?

Cognitive behavioral therapy is the best treatment as far as I know. There is no cure really, so you need to find strategies for handling the tinnitus. Usually audiologists know too little about possible approaches where I live, and few get the support that actually exists.

There are a number of tinnitus threads on this forum. I’d suggest doing a search for them, many contain a lot of useful information. I don’t think many of us here are inclined to re-post what we’ve already posted before.
