So how do they keep drug users from going into a 'drug zone ' area , put a tracking device on them??

Rehabs and treatment centres generally are secure enviromnts. Ive been through a number of programs...

Its odd.

Obviously by dint of principle and purpose drug treatment programs and rehabs are "drug free zones".

Why a new law is needed soley to address already illegal drugs being brought in is an interesting question

Most laws like this are just for because. Either the politicians are bored with little
Else to do, or just create laws as thats their job to create laws..so.the do..more lwws, and laws and laws and laws....
Whether they are actually needed or address.a real plm is anybodies guess

Working backwards... Yes, right now all of those are illegal in society... While cannabis is the only narcotic gaining social favor, if it becomes legal then it may be harder to make these areas drug free zones..

What part of society is not a drug free zone legally speaking for illegal drugs such as heroine?

Every rehab ive been in had piss tests..daily...they were already illegal drug free zones..

Im not sure why we need a spacific law strictly declaring drug rehabs and treatment centres drug free zones..

That stated.

Politicians jobs are to make laws..so they will do what they are paid for..whether the laws are actually needed or not...
