Semi driver charged with Class 4 felonies in fatal accident

This IDOT worker left way too early. I hope the Trooper pulls through. Throw the book at the guy. Class 4 felonies is serious stuff.

Indeed. That's why federal law does not permit driving a commercial vehicle more than 10 hours

Class 4 Felony is really the least serious of felony charge, not the most serious and perhaps jail time of only 3 years. Class X felony and Class 1 felony is most serious of all.

Do you know that the toll worker who was killed has a wife who is deaf ? Believe it or not, but I went to high
school with the wife. We had few classes together.
