search for unlimited data and unlimited texting for cell phone mobile

hello everyone. how are you? I am trying very hard to find affordable service plan for unlimited data and unlimited texting with no voice because I myself am deaf speaking American Sign Language to communicate. I tried Sprint Relay but they was shutting down after T-Mobile took over Sprint and now I seem unable to find service that T-Mobile offer for deaf people. I tried find out about AT+T but I have no luck. so, I could use some help by providing me all links that are for only deaf people to buy service plan for mobile cell phone with unlimited data and unlimited texting with no voice needed with special price. so, please help me out. thank you kindly...
