So I've went and seen this with my friends in chapel hill yesterday, and frankly enough, I can't tell you a lie...it was actually one of the most disturbing, bloodiest and scariest movies in a long time to come...this suspense/horror/thriller flick stars Cary Elwes (the nerd in "liar liar") and
Danny Glover (the cop in "Letal Weapon" movies).

It's about a serial killer who captures and toture people who wanted to commit sucide or dont appericate their life or whatever like that, by using sick life lessons of getting them to use their survivial strageties out of a "trap" they are in.

like I said...it was quite disturbing and not too easy to look at such things...

my friends though the movie was fucked up but they think the story was actually intelluent and very well written, along with mysterious clues and secrets behind the characters' backgrounds and stuff like that.

I didnt really like it that much but I suppose I could say the story was well written too but it's not like I would give this movie a golden ticket anyway.

of course, I'm not going to tell you why they named this movie "saw"... :ugh:

You would have to see this yourself or othewise you would be totally disgusted about the name lol

saw it without cc yesterday. it was awesome! totally twisted plot which reminded me of an old movie "seven". it might be a little twister than seven, i think, maybe in a way. worth to watch, people.
 
Me too. When it comes out on DVD, I plan to buy it. :) I love scary movies. However, the last one that people described as "the scariest movie ever" was "The Ring." Oh, it was creepy but didn't scare me as much as I hoped it would. LOL.

13 Ghosts did, though. That wasn't scary scary, but it spooked me, and gave me the chills.
 
I've just heard from my brother that they are now working on a sequel to "Saw" and should be out about next october. :P

I never seen "seven" but it stars Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman, right?

I saw that movie. It was pretty good... but freaky! :eek:
 
oh yea i saw it last month rent movie.. i was whoa!!! and stared at movie and wont move.. cuz of it was very ineteresting show!!!! wow!!! :ugh:
 
FlyFree and I watched it together it's do sure scared movies but very SUSPECIOUS... otherwise it's a good movie...
 
There were rumors that Eminme, the wigga rapper, would star in the sequel to "Saw"...

but not quite sure if it's true...and I seriously doubt he would be in another film since "8 mile"...which was indeed an major disapointment to the box office.

I've seen that on DVD at a friend's house tonight and my brother told me that it's even better than "saw" so...that movie is about 10 years old, right?
So now that I seen it, I don't really know what to say. I would actually say that this movie is just OKAY. It was actually more strange than "saw".

of course there are far more graphic and gore scenes than I've ever imagined.

even the scene where the SWAT and the detectives found a body tied to the bed over a year, all rotten, smelly, and fucked up...and the most shocking part is that he is still ALIVE! Damn...a real life zombie tied up to a bed!

Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt were great and the story was well written. It was pretty believable and everything.

Anyone who are into horror/suspense flicks should most definetly check out this one. ;)
