I'm lose more weight but almost 100lbs I'm been work harder to lose weight since my gastric sleeve surgery four months later..

My baratric doctor tell me says I would lose more weight till reach at 250lbs or mores weight no matter I will lose weight..

Before my surgery I'm ballooned at 390 but I'm now at 289 pounds

My next appointment on July 6 after July 4th

I'm lose weight but my reach at 250lbs but I'm still lose weight at 101.2-101.8lbs between so my vows to lose more weight after my surgery I'm been roller coaster weight of gain weight so I will still down more weight no matter my healthy weight loss after my gastric sleeve surgery last January 9,2017

I will work hardly to lose more weight and goodbye of my belly I'm still down of shred of my belly weight

I got drop more but still 103 pounds but I will still workout with my bike and shred my weight loss five months after my weight loss surgery..

I'm drop more weight but I'm still work hardly till 250lbs I'm lose 107.4 after my gastric bypass surgery but I'm still bike for 30 minutes 2-3 times its help my knee get better..

I'm drop more my weight between 108.3 pounds five months after my gastric bypass surgery but my vows i will more lose weight till 250lbs or after till my appointment on July 6 for weight checkups and baratric doctor would says same lose weight after my surgery we have wait and see till my appointment i will kept update..

I'm lose more weight over 100lbs it's 117.9-122.9lbs but I will lose more weight till my appointment on July 6 for weight in till target 250lbs

Update news

I went to the doctor today and says everything looks good and the baratric doctor told me says no more fast food they told me says eat healthier food at home and i would lose more weight but I don't like get gain weight i do bike 3 time everyday morning,afternoon and evening and walk with water bottle I would like that!! so i weight at 278 in doctor's office but its ok but i cant argue with that at my home i weight 275 my vows get lose more weight till my appointment January 2018 one years after my surgery..
