Have you or will take a romantic getaway with your partner or husband, wife? A chance to escape and spend time with each others. :ily:

My boyfriend and I talked about a short vacation this summer together, He had suggested Seattle, since I never been there before, it should be a romantic one. ;)

What about you all?

Um, I don't know for right now. We will go out to resturant for Valentine's Day and our anniversay in March, and this June, we will be going to the beach for a week. I cannot wait.

We are planning for our 5th anniversary (next year), we are going to either Cancun or Hawaii, with NO kids. It depend on my husband.

NICE!

I havent chance to getway alone without our little girls, our girls wouldn't accept anyone but are always stucked with us going to Los Angeles and Sacramento, Cali. Portland, OR and Seattle, WA, U know I am alone in USA none I would trust babysitter for my girls I wish my mother is here so would be able to watch my girls/her granddaughters, and mother in law has her own life, is working, dating and e.t.c. :aw: maybe later when my girls get old enough to accept babysitter/grandmother some day :)

I would like to have a romantic getaway on cruise :wiggle:

Sweetheart and me will have a romantic time here in Seattle! :D It's a nice city to visit with lots of scenetic views, activities and more.

1) A short cruise to the Caribbean.
2) An inclusive couples resort such as Sandals on a Caribbean island.
3) Paris, France

I am dreaming too much so I'd better hush up :D

Hey Cheri,
Why not do the double date thing with Seq and Sweetheart. ;)

Anyhow, have a nice romantic getaway, wherever that will be.

Hawaii is a very popular get-away for some romantic times--

Other places I would love to go:

--Aruba
--Paris
--any small community situated near mountains
--Cancun, Mexico
--lastly, but not the least, any nice and cozy 'Bed-n-Breakfast' place locally or within the state

Yea! Bed n breakfast place nearby is one of easiest and cheapest way to escape the mudance world! This ideas can be done as often as wanted to, and much more affordable than going to my dream paradise, namely Hawai'i. Really cool island, been there for 5 glorious weeks.
I would love to go to Lake Tahoe again, North is much nicer than south. But as for Cheri and me... probably somewhere in the Adirondacks cause I knew their area very well.

BWCA area its one of the most famous trips around.. where u go canoeing there's no motors, no electiricy, etc.. everything is just in peace of mind.. no annoying phone calls, etc.. and enjoy the view of nature...

Don't forget about the wild rice that grows in some of the lakes and one area (not sure if in Boundary Waters area) where you can canoe from one lake to another (something like 200 lakes?) via canals/waterways carved out by the Indians long ago.

DeafScuba? what if ur g/f not having any romance with that for overnites (with no electric). LOL

I would don't mind to go ATVs with my boyfriends all day with fireplace with good views, and have pinic. Lying the ground with blankets. It would be fine.. I think its so romances.

the best and cheapest getaway I ever went on was to the Domincian Replublic. 5* all inclusive couples only resort for one week 2k. You dont pay anything over the 2k. It was amazing.
