Hi All,

A few doubts for the road test in santa teressa, california DMV

Today i went for a test drive to santa teressa to get familiar with the routes...........I have a few doubts

1) When i am driving in my right lane there is a bicyclist(i don't remember if there was a bike lane provided or not) going in the same direction. And the examiner does not tell me anything......What should i do..........Should i slow down......the speed is 40miles...or should i change to the left lane and proceed.....

2) While turning left to the dmv...........there is a center lane.......should i go inside this center lane to make the left turn or not.

3) A board says "speed limit 25 when children present"..........what should be the speed limit without children....

Any advice for the above doubts is appreciated.

1) The examiner shouldn't have to tell you anything... you're the driver. You should change to the other lane.

2) If you are turning right, then there is no need to turn into the center lane... but if you were turning left then you should.

3) Then go the regular speed limit when children aren't present.

I'm still learning too... I'm just about done driver's ed and will soon be able to go for my next level of license. :)
