:roll:...NO!...I didn't turn him in for wearing dirty clothes and needle marks all over his arms!...You really like to twist things, Hoichi!....He was a wanted man....no where to go...and if I would have "just gave him a glass of water, and asked him to leave"...which is ridiculous!....He would have gone back out and committed more crimes for his addiction...maybe even be killed in the process.....
He was a drug dealer (Heroin)...and a user. It was big time....and thankfully he is off the street and not selling to KIDS or people!
