People with a compatible ReSound hearing aids, such as the LiNX2, will be able to use the Watch extension of the company's Smart iOS app to adjust volume, treble, and bass, and switch audio profiles when moving into a different audio environment. The app will also provide "at-a-glance" details, according to ReSound, such as information about currently active profiles.

I've got it and love it, I always have my phone on me so it is extremely convenient. I had the phonak remote with my Naidas and it was a PITA. With the Resound I adjust the bass to compensate for certain voices that are too boomy or when on the phone I like to turn it down as well.

The way it interfaces with the phone in acting as a bluetooth headset is great as well, I really like that I can adjust the external mic volume or shut it off so that I'm just hearing the phone call without the background noise. This works the same for when you're listenting to music or watching videos through the phone. With the phonak coil loop the audiologist had to preset the hearing aid mic level.

I noticed it doesn't do well switching between devices its paired to, for example I have an ipad I've never been able to get it to work with but it fights for control of the aids constantly.

The last thing I wanted to mention is that you can turn the phone into a remote mic that is linked to the hearing aid. I've tried this in putting it up next to the television speaker and it worked well. I haven't tried it at work in a meeting since I like to have the phone next to me to make adjustments.

I wish I could connect it to other devices more seamlessly without having to buy more products. Overall I'm really happy with it, I don't use the automatic profiles where it switches based on your location though.
