Remington named in lawsuit filed by survivors of Sandy Hook shootings:

I was trying to find a case were a people sues for a gun misfiring and found
this store. I don't recall hearing this on the news
 
I heard about this on the news. I feel sorry for the families but they have no basis for this suit. Either they're trying to make a political statement with this suit or hoping to hit deep pockets for a payoff, or maybe a little of both. :dunno:

But all the money in the world will not bring their children back , this was a tragic senseless shooting and if anyone was to blame I feel it would of been the shooter mother. She knew her son was mentally ill and taught him how to use guns. There never should had been any guns in the house. I agree the families have no grounds for a lawsuit against the gun makers .

That's exactly what they're thinking. By that logic, we should go after the automotive industry every time a person is killed or injured by someone driving one of their cars.

Or cell phone companies b/c people texting and driving had killed or hurt people .
 
Have you ever noticed that every single living thing that has died has at one time consumed water?
