Raccoon using stone to knock at door for pet food

They're cute as long as they know their place , it's really a bad idea to
feed them. They lose their fear of people and all people don't think they're
cute.
 
They're cute...but aggressive and clearly not pets. I wouldn't mind leaving fresh water for them but I wouldn't encourage feeding them. You don't want to bump into them anytime of the day or night...

I have water out for the birds and the squirrels, chipmunks and yellowjackets drink water from it too. Some animal drank all the water , I think it might had been the fox or coyote b/c I found some scat on the driveway. Yes they're aggressive , my daughter and SIL have some in their yard that going after their trash cans . The raccoons tried to steal a trash once by knocking it over and rolling it down the driveway. :eek3:

Yes but do they take themselves places like Ny are you likely see them running around Central Park like those big fat rats do ..

My SIL has to ties the covers onto the trash cans and put them in a container so they can't be knocked over and rolled down the driveway!
Yeah it would had made great utube ! LOL ! They can't put the trash in their can until pickup day . I think the raccoons are going on line looking for ways to steal people trash b/c that was very clever of them.
 
I get the foxes every so often big fat rats and weeks or so a deer got stuck between 2 doors.i see mice and squirrels.The most unusual was a Stag swimming and he seemed have a purpose for a swim

Marty almost got a chipmunk today ! He thought it was a lot of fun but I don't the chipmunk enjoyed it ! Oh dear the poor deer!

I saw some fresh scat on the ground today , it was not a lot but the flies kept me from stepping right into it. When I see a lot of flies on the ground it mean 3 things to me poop , a dead animal or some very gross food.
That been happening a lot with wild animals they end up in a restaurant or some place b/c they hungry and confused about where to go when they find a building instead of open land. Some deer been in my yard looking for the farm land that no longer here. There an ugly building there instead . The animals use to have an all you could buffet that was open 24 hours . :(
 
I forgot you got chipmunks and skunks gofers are they every state..You got some ugly little moles..I forget the wild life you got..Rattle snakes are they south only

We have skunks and groundhogs and possums. I was trying to rescues a cat once and put some food on my deck . The bowl was on a chair and I looked out the window to see if the cat was eating the food .
There was a possum sitting right in the bowl eating the food , I knocked on
my sliding door to get it go away . The possum looked up at me and said
do you mind I am eating and it went back to eating the cat food .
At least we have no lions ,tigers and bears.

Rattle snakes live in south of United States. I get chipmunks, skunks, deers, groundhogs and possums. I almost never see mice which is weird. I guess they are hiding.
