Quick Sign Language Question

Hello,
I have a quick question for someone who understands sign language.
Does a closed fist against an open hand have a meaning? You can see an example of what this looks like at the link below:

Yeah, it looks like a "I'm gonna knock your block off" threat.
 
I tried it with different locations and movements to see if the meaning changes but nope...it has to mean "punch" .
 
Yep PuyoPiyo, Shel90 and Reba are correct because that how I sign punch..
 
Well, they COULD be referring to knocking your head against a stone wall. It all depends on the strength of the movement and the facial expression. I would say that the way it is signed in your picture is a "repeditious sign" like doing the same thing over and over no matter how it hurts. Something like that.
