Hello everyone

I'm a dutch student, who is doing his internship at Sencity in Holland. Sencity is the only dutch music event for deaf people. So in the last couple of months, ive had my first introduction to the deaf scene.
For school i have to do a research, make a concept and write a plan. And i'm doing my research about deaf culture, the image and the development of that culture. My concept is about a discussion platform, where deaf people can debate against each other. (with help from translators and sense stimulating factors)

So i have a couple of questions for you, and i hope u can awnser them
1. Do you think that hearing people, know enough about deaf culture and their opinions?
2. Do you have the need, to show more of your opinion to the hearing world?
2. Do you have the need for a public discussion platform for deaf people?

The answer can be a simple yes or no, if you feel the need to give more info, that would be great :)

Thanks!
Im looking forward to your reactions.

Maybe get a 1970s Ford Country Squire wagon. Add turbocharged engine. Pack up yourself and 7 of your deaf friends. They'll teach you all about Deaf Culture if you gave each person the chance to feel power that those turbocharged wagons offer. Let those 7 people share feedbacks of Deaf Culture while you drive at a lightning speed.

Haha well thanks for responding. I already asked a lot of people here in Holland and i didn't need a 1970 Ford. I thought a international approach would be nice to :P
I know people hate survey's, but a simple yes or no would help me a lot.

I don't blame you. Those wagons are too big. You may want a 1965 Falcon wagon. It would go faster and the space is smaller so that you would develop a tighter bond and learn better about Deaf Culture.

If you take the 1965 Falcon wagon, don't forget the clapping cats and ferrets.

The question now becomes, how many of them can you fit in the backseat?

As a bonus, how many of them clap?

My first car was a 63 Falcon wagon. It was old and beat up, but I loved that car.

I loved it almost as much as my deaf ferret, Bob.
