Hello, everyone!
My name is Lucy Yun, and I'm part of a UX/UI design team from Blossom UX school. We're conducting independent research on a new project on medical treatment and healthcare experiences for the deaf or hard-of-hearing, and we'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on visiting hospitals or health clinics. This will help us gain valuable insight upon what deaf or hard-of-hearing patients find difficult in their healthcare experience, and give us a clear understanding of what our objective will be in our upcoming UX design project.
