I've been wondering... Can deaf/hoh people tell low and high beats in music from vibrations?

Sorry. I meant Low and High pitch. Can they tell low and high pitches from vibration?

I hear zilch above 2,000 hertz; even with hearing aids. I also could not feel vibrations because of neuropathy in my hands and feet. Is that the type of answer you are looking for? I'm HoH; obviously. Just starting to learn ASL as age 50.
