Thx for sharing your experience .. just curious but did it make u feel u had to be someone else in order to have a decent level of communication with a hearing person? Do u feel reserved and have a hard time connecting due to your family experience?   I know how a deaf person feels, but wonder if those who read lips and talked were affected differently that's all.
