Well the early surgeries I didn't have a say in lol . I knew someone who has Usher's who got lens implants for both of his eyes. I went with him when he had his first one done (as he doesn't/can't drive). As far as I know he hasn't had any complications in the...hmm.. it's been at least 13 years now I think.
