Question about earmolds...

Would anyone know if the glitter inside earmolds would show if I get my earmolds with Matt effect (rough surface)?

I've read that Matt effect helps with the earmolds slipping so am planning to ask for my earmolds in Matt effect next time but don't want to if you won't be able to see the glitter.

I've been trawling through google but it hasn't come up with anything.

Personally I don't think the glitter would show but I could be totally wrong.

Glitter is that important, huh? I hope you don't end up dipping any CI processors in glitter down the road. :P

Well, it's nice to have different earmolds every now and again. I thought I would have to stick with clear as I need hypoallergenic ones but have since found out that glitter is hypoallergenic as well

You can .... you can ask for swimmers plug in glitter. My local hearing aid place sells them.

matt or matte ?

They are available in matte finish.It just depends on YOUR guy who does them and who do they go with. look here Available Materials | The Earmold Company, LTD

Oh it's matte finish.

I realize they are available in matte finish, I'm just wondering if the glitter will show through as the surface is rough so not as clear as the clear earmolds.
