I ll try to make this one. I may not add the raspberry sauces.. Maybe just fresh cutted strawbeeries.

I am not sure if i ll add sour crema mixed with sugar powdered or just sugar pwodered alone. I ll see from there.

Perfect Cheesecake Recipe

Cook time: 3 hours
Yield: Makes 16 servings.


Ingredients

Crust
2 cups (475 ml) of Graham cracker crumbs (from a little less than 2 packages Graham crackers
2 Tbsp sugar
Pinch salt
5 Tbsp (70 g) unsalted butter (if using salted butter, omit the pinch of salt), melted

Filling
2 pounds cream cheese (900 g), room temperature
1 1/3 cup granulated sugar (270 g)
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 large eggs
2/3 cup sour cream (160 ml)
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream (160 ml)

Toppings
2 cups sour cream (475 ml)
1/3 cup powdered sugar (35 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 ounces (340 g) fresh raspberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)
1/2 cup water (120 ml)

I have never seen it with sour cream topping. If we make it, we have chocolate , caramel, and pecans on the top.
 
You should send me a piece for testing. Just me be sure it's safe.
 
I'm not sure about the topping yet. I want a plain one but I need to go to a store for fresh strawberries on the side .

It was really GOOD. I sliced alot of strawberries on the side, and added powdered sugar on topping.

Its GONE in two days. :( Really good!! my in laws loved my cheesecake. :D
