He was depressed for a long time since Viable and other VRS cut off services to Canadians since most of his family doesn't know ASL nor how to use a computer, so point-to-point technology won't ease his fustrations; he doesn't want to back to snail mail and TTY.  He hasn't coped with being cut off from VRS yet.


How I know? He claimed his router was broken even though there was nothing wrong with it-- he was trying to call his grandma, who doesn't know ASL; point-to-point was fine, but I couldn't figure out why he was so upset. I only figured this out by going through his old posts. So, I decided not to help him til he come to terms that he need to go back to the old ways or teach his family how to use computers.
