Prince Andrew, son of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II, has been accused of having sexual relations with an underage girl in a case submitted to a US court on Friday.

The woman involved in the case, who has not been named, told a court in Florida she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew multiple times by disgraced US multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein.

The statement is part of a wider case against Epstein, who is accused of “loaning out” the then-teenager to his friends and associates.

Epstein, 58, was jailed for 18 months in 2008 for seeking sexual relations with an underage girl.

However since his jailing, around 40 women, none of them identified, have accused Epstein of sexually abusing them.

Court documents seen by The Guardian say: “One such powerful individual Epstein forced [the woman] to have sexual relations with was a member of the British royal family, Prince Andrew (aka Duke of York).”

However, Buckingham Palace have hit back at the allegations, calling them “untrue.”

in uk girl will not be named until all over even then she do not have speak to press..I hope America get extradition for Andrew he face full wrath of law...The cowardly weasel will get away with it...The poor girl has been made to look like gold digging liar and before this has even started she be made look insane...people who accuse or do anything with royal family usally we told they got mental issue which is BS
 
Oh boy!....If it's true...(underage girl(s)...then this is worse than Bill Cosby...??....at least the women accusing him were of age....Super Glue and Duct Tape should come in handy for men like this....:giggle:

If true, he won't stand trial. He is a prince and above the laws so this matter won't be a concern. I hope it's not true and that he would have more moral and ethics than to do anything like this, but with money, anything is possible.

The Prince cant be arrested. Just like Obama cant be arrested cause he's the president.
 
This isn't surprising, we hear about those kinds of scandals all over in the governments.
 
Actually the U.S. Marshal Service can arrest the President with a court order or a warrant. How they will go through the Secret Service is another thing....

Apparently, the criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein has quite a lot of US politicians mentioned in the lawsuit. The investigation is what brought up the allegations against Prince Andrew.
 
Scandals is nothing new in Royal Family, Congress, Presidents, Celebrities. We hear about their personal mess they're in. It's hard to get out of the scandal once you're in, it damages your reputation.
 
Um actually, unless the woman was a child,(12 and under) it's ephophilla....It's still nasty as hell, but it's not as nasty as true pedophilia.
 
I hope it is not true. How in the world did US multimillionaire Jeffery Epstein ever become a pimp to force a young underage girl to have sex with the royal prince? Prince Andrew was young as the woman was a young girl at the time, I think before he met and married his wife. I think Prince Andrew did not know that the girl was underage, otherwise he would have known that he was not suppose to have sex with her. Everybody make mistakes and we are not perfect. :(

So I am blaming on the Multimillionaire Jeffery Epstein instead of the Prince. Beside it is the media who scandalized celebrities a lot. :(

That movie is a fictional action movie.. based on a FICTIONAL novel (Murder in the White House) by Margaret Truman.
 
I went through the Saloshin seminar at Gallaudet. We visited courthouses and the former Lorton Jail and the DC Jail lockup and several law enforcement agencies (DC Police, the FBI, the US Marshal) And we were not admitted to a deaf legal case for the deaf defendant's privacy....
And the Marshal said he can arrest the President...

Prince Andrew was allegedly one of the house’s visitors. On Friday, the Duke of York was named in a federal lawsuit filed against Epstein, whom the FBI once reportedly linked to 40 young women. Filed in 2008 in the Southern District of Florida, the $50 million lawsuit claimed Epstein had a “sexual preference and obsession for underage minor girls … gained access to primarily economically disadvantaged minor girls in his home, sexually assaulted these girls.”

A new motion now claims Epstein forced a young girl — referred to as “Jane Doe #3″ — to have sex with Prince Andrew in London, New York and on a Caribbean island in “an orgy with numerous other under-aged girls.” According to the document, “Epstein instructed Jane Doe #3 that she was to give the Prince whatever he demanded and required Jane Doe #3 to report back to him on the details of the sexual abuse.” The accuser said she was Epstein’s “sex slave” between 1999 and 2002.

Oh well, she didn't trap Prince Andrew obviously. He was the house guest of Jefferey Epstein. Did it happen? Maybe or maybe not. Can it happen? YES...that's nothing new. VIP (politicians, celebrities, filthy rich men) get what they want, don't they?

The question is how did the young girls get involved in the first place?
 
The whole process is "hearsay".

I am going to wait until all of her evidence bring to justice.
