I'm not sure if I'm right. I watched the CNN recently and it said the POWs of 1990 Iraq-Kuwait war were found and rescued this morning....
Let me know if anyone heard of this! If it's right, then I think it's amazing that they've finally found and return to home soon. I can't imagine being a POW for many years and thinking I would never be found and people wouldn't know if I'm dead or missing. I would be mentally and physically changed forever.
EDIT: Ok, I finally found it from cnn.com. It was about Kuwaiti soldiers. Here's a little news:
• Kuwaiti POWs: Eighteen Kuwaitis apparently held prisoner in Iraq since the 1990 Iraqi invasion of Kuwait have been found alive in Baghdad, Abu Dhabi TV reported Monday. At U.S. Central Command, Brooks said "we don't have any information to confirm at this point" regarding the Abu Dhabi TV report.
Well, I hope they'll find some American POWs!
