Pot Defense

Terribly sad. Driving 100mph....how friggin crazy. He killed his three best friends. He needs to be in jail no matter what.

Years ago I picked up the kids from school. It was my turn carpooling so I had other kids in my car too. I came to a four way stop, stopped and started to go. A kid went flying through the intersection doing about 70 mph. It was such a close call. I drove through that intersection today and got sick to my stomach thinking what could have happened. He would have hit my passenger side where all the kids were.
 
A boy I grew up with plowed into a guy in front of him (stopped at a red light) and forcing him through the windshield. I learned when someone is driving 90-100 MPH, safety belts no longer matter, even with the belt on, the man went right through the glass. Three young children were without a Dad and a family was torn from it's foundation in a matter of seconds. Very sad for the young lives lost.....

I had my seatbelt on when my car was Tboned by a teenage driver and I was knockout cold , I was told by a witness my car hit guiderail then spin around and almost hit a third car. I was cold when this all happen. This happen in 95 and I still messed up from the accident , I can no longer wear a HA in my right ear and the right side of my body is weaker . I am so glad my daughter was not in my car as the passenger's side got the full impact ,she would had been killed. I think the kid was fine. I hate to think what would had happen if I was not wearing my seatbelt, the impact was so hard both my HA got knocked out of my ears and where found on the floor in the back seat. I avoid driving in the intersection for a long time and I hate driving now.
 
I survived worst front collision in 2005 and got bad bruise and my car was totaled because one old guy drove too fast and crashed into my car.

My car was totaled too , I am glad it was full size 4 doors car sedan , that made a huge difference in how bad I got hurt. The passenger side window exploded and I had glass in the right side of my head plus my forehead had huge bump on the right side from hitting something . I got seizures and vertigo and lost more hearing. My boss called and asked when I was coming back to work ,I told what happen to me and they send me some flowers. I went with my husband to find my HA and I could not believe what my car looked like.
 
That would be a DUI, sir... no matter what state you're in. Oh okay... so I drink and can drink more than most people... so if I go out with my friends and have a bottle of JD and can walk a straight line ( Which I CAN MIND YOU ) and I get in my car and drive home and hit and kill people... I can say because I am a seasoned drinker I should not be penalized with a DWI because alcohol doesn't hit me like it does everyone else because I'm "seasoned" and experienced, right?! NO! That's not how it works, pal. You were under the influence of a drug, period. You killed people... you pay the price... off to jail with you... ass muffin. What a freaking jerk... Absolutely disgusting sitting there trying to play that defense! You kill two of your best childhood friends.... Oh dear lord! :mad2:
