This is truly scary:

FBI, military hunt ex-Army recruit suspected of plotting 'Ft. Hood-inspired jihad' | Fox News

What I don't understand is if he was found out, why discharge him and let him walk?

He should have never walked free. If they ever find him, send him straight to ADX Florence, I say.
