Guess what. Employers are tax payers, too.
They can call it anything they like but those "benefits" are paid for with taxes that are paid by taxpayers.
Taxpayers are no less taxpayers just because they are employers.

That is to what I was referring. I have shown that the unemployment compensation fund is paid into by taxpayers (employers).
