And the problem with your statement is the words "all" and "always". It make your statement completely and utterly untrue.
Its nice that you seem to believe that you are capable of looking into Tim McVeigh's mind and determining exactly what his thought processes were. Howeever, his statements regarding his apprehension, arrest, conviction and execution, not to mention his intentions regarding the Oklahoma bombing, are more reliable that what you think you know about his thought processes. Facts seem to contradict what you are trying to create in your own mind. There are dead babies to prove that McVeigh did a bit more than "plot".
And, the report was confirmed enough to appear in a Colorado newspaper...the very state in which the Democratic National Convention is currently located.
