Speaking of dogs going to the vet..
I have an 11 year old Border collie/ springer mix. Ever since we gotten her, she hated going to the vet. She usually pee or poop on the hard floor near the door to vet, or inside.
Then when we got the room, and we have to wait for the doctor, she usually hides behind us, or crawl under neath the couch/bench.
She also cries.

awwwwwww -- that happens to the cats too!!!!!!! my babies back east would be meowing constantly and always hurry up and be the first back into the carrier LOL

I must be the odd one out here........... I used to have a black larbador. I never had a problem getting him to go to the vets. No whining or anything. Never could figure out why

Oh no, poor your dog. Animals are like the Humans being scare go to seeing the doctors. We know, we will be pain from the shots or do the test in our bodies. I hate go to the labs to do test. I was scared with chilly.

Maybe that dog is a drug addict! :smash:

i asked the vet once, how they manage to put the cat back in the cage cuz my cat refused to go in and I will always have to throw the cage in my car and get a blanket and wrap the bottom half of my cat like a baby. This is to prevent scratching on me and shedding lol.........My cat doesnt move when I am holding him....but anyways back to my point. The vet said just open the door to the cage he will go in. i was like are you kidding, and i opened the door and to my shock, my cat just went right in.
My mouth must of been on the floor.

lol maybe..... I was like there must be some magic just to have the cat go in the cage by themselves no pushing or carrying them into the cage

DOGS ARE SMARTER THAN WE THINK - ITS UP TO US TO SEE THEIR BODY LANGUAGES TRYING TO TELL ME WHAT HE WANTS WITHOUT HAVING TO TALK!! TELL TALES!

And Cats, spiders too, If I found a husband spider inside the house or any buildings, it means it will be rain the next day, its true - Weird!
