I did read  it but forgot the  tanks were  stolen ,  what does  that have to do  with  what  I said  about the  police  checking out the  store cameras??  If   you pay in  cash or steal something from a  store the  cameras  will  still  pick  it  up.   The police  are  always   checking  the  stores cameras to  see  what the person  looks like  and  will put it on the  news  if  they  need  help from  the public to ID the  person or  people .
