I went to see that movie last night with couple of girlfriends. It was alright, but it was a longggg movie. Have any one of you seen that movie? If so, please share your opinions! If not, I would recommend you to wait until it comes out on DVD..I did have a hard time understanding the dialogue when there are more than two people talking :-/ I actually had to bother a friend and ask her what he/she was saying. LOL
 
uh i don't think sweetgal mentioned that the movie has subtitles :roll:

So anyway, yeah I seen that like, last week, it was a comedy, actually. Johnny Deep was great as the pirate and all that...he looks cool but has eye makeup and act girly sometimes...? eh anyway he's cool

it was a long movie, indeed. So I believe it's worth seeing it on video/DVD rental.
 
That's what I thought.. Johnny Depp looks girly with that dark eyeliner around his eyes. mmm.. But I do want to see the movie and guess what. They are going to make part two

Indeed, that face make me look puzzle if this is girl. :eek:

It really bother me.
 
I think he does that so to cover his true identiy or something i dunno... i guess that's what some pirates do back in the old days lol

and there'll be a sequle eh? I dunno...the ending of the first movie looks like it is really over...i guess.
 
it's just better worth seeing it on DVD but if you still want to see it in theatres, go ahead but it's definetly a long movie.

How would you rate it in stars?

1 star for the worst film to 5 stars for the best film.
 
I would rate just about 3 stars...it's not great, but it was just good movie anyway.

Hmph...us people in Australia have to wait a bit longer before the American films are released here in theatres. :P
AND an extra few months before they're available on DVD/VHS. Oh well...I don't really mind because I'm normally too busy and tired to be bothered in watching movies at the theatres...sometimes do hire DVD's on weekends when I'm not working.

I will rate the movie when I've SEEN it. ;)
