Somali Pirates Attack U.S.-Flagged Ship for Second Time - Africa - FOXNews.com

They did not learn the lesson from the last time that they attacked the same ship, MV Alabama.

The private security used a non-lethal special device called LRAD to fend off their attack.

ahhhhh FINALLY! they're using LRAD!!!!

Pity... they never learn. :roll:

Are they really sure it's pirates?...not terrorists? Hmmm.

it's terrorist if they blew it up or used the crews as hostage for ransom beside money. for ie - "release my friends from prison! get the President to admit the crime against my country!" etc. etc.

robbing and taking a ship by gun point then holding hostages till they get thier millions = terrorists , menny governments are considering these people terrorists , just not doing anything to fix it mainly do to international waters

so by your logic - bank robber and kidnapper are terrorist? What's the difference with kidnapping a child and demanding a ransom for it?

They're not considered as terrorists because they don't have any political interests other than making money.

Terrorists = anti-government.

Pirates = making money...ARRGH....Wheres me money, mate?

that's basicially it.

Yeah, it's about time for them to use the LRAD or private security group for those ships that will go though Gulf of Aden or Indian Ocean.

Islamic.....Somalia......it takes fanatics to put themselves at risk after failures. Al Quada sees the opportunity for needed monies.
