No a use a helicopter to force him to land , the guy said he was planning on doing this , so he should had been stopped long before we was able to get this far !

Did you watch the video ? I am not the only one saying this , it would not had killed and if it did it would be no one fault but his.

legally yes you're right....
politically - it doesn't look good.

a big headline - "61-YEARS OLD PATRIOT DELIVERING A MESSAGE FOR CONGRESS SHOT DOWN" with a bloody pix on THE frontpage.

reacting like he's a suicide bomber with a small plane full of explosions does not bode well for America. it's a political mess... sending a message to America that any regular Joe expressing his First Amendment will be killed. the armed security can easily see that it's just an old man in a puny little lawnchair choppa with a big USPS logo.... and can easily shoot him down with long arms if they want to.

since he's alive and landed on the lawn without any crazy overreaction incident... the headline would be "HAS HE GONE POSTAL?"

No I am thinking he was stupid to do this , and it a waste of man power going after the damn fool ! The cops thought he was a terrorist and could of had bombs on his flying bike. I was saying why wasn't he stopped before he was able to do this , I am more concerned about why people are not doing their job. I have hard time feeling sorry any one getting knocked out of the sky no matter how old they're if they're something they know is illegal . The guy knew he was taking a risk pulling this stunt.

The guy came close to being shot out of the sky what he did was insane and a waste of man power , and kept the cops from doing their job by having to take care of some crackpot . He could had send a letter if he wanted to made a point , he was a mailman after all.
