Picture Issues

Ok before I could download my iphone pictures even camera.... and attach them. NOW when I download and try to attach them its slow loading and an error occours saying the file is too large? Whats the deal with this? Im tired of sending to paint and reducing the size of every single picture I want to post, getting to be a PITA ?

Weird. I could drag/drop or copy/paste pix in PM, but now nada. Can do the mentioned outside of PM though.
