I went to the 2008 Tennessee Deaf Expo in Knoxville. It was a BLAST time there! Considering it is not national compared to the other Deaf Expo's as it's more for us Tennessee deafies. I took as much pics as I could, but I warn y'all my photography skills are crap lol. The pics were taken on a Sony Cybershot DSC-S650 camera on auto mode.
The next Tennessee Deaf Expo will be in Memphis in 2010.
 
Nice! Sounds like you had fun over there, here will be DeafNation Expo will be coming up soon in late October.

Should be a lot of fun here though :)

Sounds like y'all had great time there. Wished I could go, but due to the gas shortage in the metro area, I couldn't get to go. Maybe next time I will.

I recongized couple of people in your pictures though I saw several of them at the DeafNation Expo just outside of Atlanta a few years ago.
 
I forgot to mention Deaf Russian comedy show was there. It was damn good show I forgot what their name was..o well lol

Brian...This year was 1st time most deafies fk'd the TSD Homecoming for the Expo. Might happen if Knoxville gets Deaf Expo 2016. I have feeling 2012 Deaf Expo Tenn will be in Chattanooga.

Yeah bummer but there is always other time ya can come here and have fun here in Expo. Maybe one day I'll go over there for Expo, who knows :)

Cool, Sablescort. I was planning on attending the first one in Nashville in 2006, but I never got reply from someone in charge, so I assumed it was only for those living in Tenn. Was the Russian one the same guy with curly reddish/brownish hair that came to the cafeteria hall to show us some of his mimes and Russian sign language? He is in one of the late 1980's (or 1990) yearbook.
