Picky cats and Wet food

I was wondering if y'all have any advice about wet food. My persian cat is quite fussy about her food! She loves fancy fest cans with gravy things like minced chicken and gravy. Share your brands that your cat loves!
 
That was funny that you posted this thread because I was just thinking of posting a thread like this! :)

I bought a kitten home from a pet store for my daughter's birthday two weeks ago and the lady at the pet shop advised me to it feed dry food. I then noticed she was not eating the dry food very well so I decided to test her with wet food and whoa she gobbled it all up! The brand I have is Friskies. I am wondering if that is okay to feed that kind to a almost 3 months old kitten? I mean on the can it says cat not kitten. I couldn't find any wet foods for kittens :dunno:
 
oh yeah

my old cat used to loves canned foods (he died jan 7th '05)

now my brother's black cat LOVES canned foods now she will swipe my brother's leg with her paw to get her some LOL
 
My Cats Like Iams Can Food @ Friskies. These Are The Only Two Brands That They Will Eat After Trying Many Other. Picky Cats.
 
My cat will eat any wet food and she loooves canned tuna for humans. I get tuna can with water only--not with oil. I say tuna and she runs out of hiding!! So cute!! :rofl:
 
I don't feed my cats wet food because it makes the litter box stink a lot worse.

But wet food is okay for kittens though...

Yes! Tell me about that. I noticed that the litter box stank more after my kitten started on the wet foods :(
Guess what? I decided to feed her dry food today and she ate it all up. She sure got me confused LOL.
 
I would think the cat is better off with dry cat food because it's good for their teeth to chew on them. Wet food is good for elderly cats and kittens. I mostly feed my cats that I had with dry food most of the time.
 
My cat is 14 years old she is very fusst about wet food if I don"t give her wet food she will beg me and bite my toe OUCH, Also she don't like sea food and beef(cat food)
