If for a child, I would consider getting a prepaid option as to set a limit. Does wildcard fulfill
all your need.

Btw, you're best off getting a t-coil neckloop w/ a 3.5mm plug. Be sure that any phone you buy
has this plug. Not all cellphone has this plug - some has their own "propriety" plug for headsets.
