I want your opinions. Do you think he should have been charged with manslaughter? I do. And I also think this would qualify as a Civil Rights violation, too.

No. He wasn't trying to kill the old man. All Wrana had to do was obey the officer's instructions and nothing would have happened to him.

No matter your age you can't club a paramedic and then threaten the police with a knife and have them do nothing.
