So now I have to carry my papers for my dog, oh goodie, that is all I want to do when I go places is produce papers. I thought the ADA had laws made already about this now I have to be harassed by the cops for my dog’s certification. I can see both sides of this, pet owners trying to pass a Pomeranian and a service animal and yes, there are emotional support animals, but a service animal is usually a large breed not a floor mop.
But on the other hand to have to prove what my animal does for me???????
I have always thought the lawmakers were overstepping bounds, but I consider this an opening to profiling. Seems they can search what they want and now I have to prove what my dog can do.
