Holy Cow! Yesterday was my first day of the P90X work out and I have to tell you that I can tell its working muscles I don't think I have ever worked before!! If you are seriously thinking of cutting some extra poundage then try this work out. Its a little pricey but if you check on the net you can get it for pretty cheap. Plus the cost of what you need to work out!

wow, that seems really intense. Did you enjoy? Maybe sometime I might like to try it.
I know I am really enjoying my sparring workouts with my teacher-turned-friend:)
 
I almost bought that. I was reading reviews and decided to go with Jillian's 30day shred. That is a good one too. Maybe I will try P90 next. :)
 
It's a great workout......Two of my friends do it and have had amazing results. I plan to start it once I am cleared to work out again. It is intense though....not easy
 
Yes it is very intense! But if you want results seriously think of doing this work out. Resistance bands are crazyyyy! hahaha Great work out though
 
Hmmm, maybe I should get that. Idk I can barely get through the one I have now :)

I just went to the website because I wondered the same thing and I don't think it does. The suggestion box was full of people asking for hit. Maybe someone can tell us for sure though. :)

Does P90X have closed captions or subtitles ?
 
Yes, P90x is a very intense exercise. A husband and wife friend of mine have this program and WOW, the results are amazing.

You need a good "coach" or exercise partner to whip ya to exercise......:whip:

:giggle: I do need a coach, my exercise partner isn't too great! She never shows up. I do okay by myself, but I have a long way to go :)
 
How much time of use is recommended for this kind of thing?
 
Id like to. but to be honest, I am a lazy ass. seriously. :( If i were single, i would!
 
It does not seem like Netflix carrys this DVD at the moment. Kinda surprised. :eek3:
 
My friend gave me the P90X videos all as avi files so I can watch on my computer and my dvd player also works with avi files in a usb drive. It stinks that avi files can't contain closed caption. But then again, can't complain when something is free.

I'm going to ask a friend if I can borrow one of his P90X dvds and see how it goes. I'm surprised candy eyes said it was closed caption because I haven't really seen any good workout videos with cc.

Should be fun, I'm gearing up for a 10K race at the end of April!
