This could be why Oregon had a lot of people on food stamps , I knew they have a lot poor people living there.

Oregon is more richer than all southern states, exception of Texas and NoVA.

Also, Oregon has lower poverty rate than all southern states, exception of Florida and VA.

The poverty isn't big issue, but lack of early childhood education incentives can be problem.
