I hope everyone will have a blessed weekend!
I am taking a course from the Univ. of Dayton and training to become an intervention specialist. I have been reading a chapter on "Deafness and Hearing Loss" by William Heward. I am trying to understand some basic ideas about deaf culture. A couple of questions that I am seeking answers to are 1. In your view, what are the pros and cons to the cochlear implant? 2. What is your view of public education as it relates to students with hearing loss?
