Got out and installed the bath vent....dint like being on the pitch, but its done, dont have to worry about any moisture issues anymore.
I also noticed that Fun-er-roll home is getting a new roof put on, see the stacks of shingles on the ridge....

Is this for your parents new bathroom? When I was having a fan put in my bathroom the workers wanted to put the vent through the brick and would had needed to made a 3 inch hole . My trustees manger wanted to see the blueprint for the hole and I had go ask for it. The guys where laughing their heads off while they grew a 3 inch circle .

No, my parents bath has an exhaust fan. This was for my house, I never got it installed as it was winter when I did the bath and this summer has been too hot. This weekend is cool so I wanted to get it done before the heat or rain kicks in next week.

I am glad you got down safely , that looked scary being the roof like that.

Its not so bad, just your legs give out after 10 minutes straining to keep your position, cant get leverage as you push you start to slide down. I did screw a board down to give me a foothold.
