Oh no no....

Insurance scam thats all, common in Russia and yep in America too... sad!

What I believe is his attempt to collect disability benefits from losing job, one of common reasons for scams.
 
Depends, if he is so desperate, like not enough money to support family, so doing scam to get free disability checks so that he could work under table and collect more money. Its common than you realize.

Just like that old lady that sued McDonalds, she could suffer pain but likely not long term pain, right? She collects cool millions from McDonalds just for few months of pain and suffering, and I am sure people out there would do the same thing if opportunity hits them.

Yeah but you could see this guy ran right into the car and banged his head against the window , I really don't see how he can win a wooden nickel in his case. Yeah there was another case where an old lady was got shoplifting and taken into a backroom by the store security guard and the woman said the guy made ' a pass ' at her. The guy was saying 'like no way he touch her ' . The settled out of court to just get rid of her.
 
ONLY *IF*, I mean ONLY IF there is no camera. He made good attempt as if he was hit by car at high speed so that his injury isn't that bad.

Without that camera, that guy CAN sue the driver... fairly easy.

I agree with that, if there was no camera , the guy would of had a better case. But I still say he has to be nuts to do that. I got hit on my forehead
in an auto accident in '95' and I am still messed up from that. I was knocked out cold . There really is no needs to yell at me.

that guy knew how fall properly and with camera I doubt driver have problems...I never knew scam doing this...what depths people go to screw other people up
