i forgot what time is for prize 3, prize 2 and prize 1. 8pm is for prize 3, 9 pm is for prize 2, and 10 pm is for prize 1? is that correct?

8:00 = Prize #3
9:00 = Prize #2
10:00 = Prize #1

If Prize #3 is claimed in less than an hour, then Prize #2 goes out and so on.
