Officer kills armed 18-year-old near Ferguson

Some protesters questioned why the officer couldn't use pepper spray or a stun gun.

"Frankly, that's unreasonable," Belmar said. "When we had somebody pointing a gun at a police officer, there's not a lot of time."

Maybe protesters think the two cops killed in NY and the one in Florida should only use harsh language.....

People are just stupid....starting with our country's politicians.

I agreed, its racism than stupidity but it was stupid of him disclose himself as a racist in public, he needs to be disbanded from good cop and punished. Good cops dont need these craps. Also his stupidity actually creates more dangerous for good cops because there will be somebody out there with full of resentment by increasing their motivation on kill cop because of that (racism comment), very stupid at best.

Anyone is stupid, crazy or both to point a gun at a cop, it's not going to end well in his favor, since cops are trained to basically execute anyone that does this.
As to the racist reserve cop: hopefully, he has worked his last day in uniform anywhere! He gives all cops a bad name but sadly he is not alone, there are other cops that have the same feelings but they keep them to themselves, so it's much harder to ween them out of the ranks.
