Hi ppl, am new here, hoh, 2 ha and hearing dog, Snickers.

Anyone else have a hd?

Also, am a naturist, anyone else?

Thanks everyone!! I really, really do appreciate the warm welcome. It beats other websites hands down...excuse me...don't put your hands down, we all need them. Well, I am glad to be here and need a lot of help in learning how to be my own advocate. I am so frustrated right now, so will go out and see if I can post a thread and ask what to do.

Snickers is a spayed Akita-German Shepherd mix, is six years old this month. She helps with all in-house sounds and when I'm out and about. Now, if I could only figure out how to teach her to take (good) notes in class and take the exams (and get good grades), I'd have it made. ;)

Welcome here! I hope you would enjoy AllDeaf, and I am from Minnesota but from Twin Cities. I don't post too much recently because of school and work.... Been so Busy!!!!!

Just I taught my bulldogs but they're quite LAZY... *chuckles*

Well, if you took one with you when you go somewhere, it's guaranteed no one will bother you or even think of challenging you. I've known some people who have a Rottweiler as well as a Doberman, or else carry pepperspray.

I'm actually in Duluth and Snickers is the only service dog of any kind on campus at UMD. When you get the chance, why not come up and say hi, we could meet sometime in the morning, as I have all afternoon classes. Monday is the busiest day and Thursday and Friday each have one class.
