Just picked up the right TV link for the ComPilot and have connected it to my TV and it is paired to my ComPilot as I heard the spoken alerts but I am not getting sound from the TV through my ComPilot to my hearing aids. Oh I have tried all the ways of connecting it the TV, just incase it was that but it still wont work.

Does anyone know why? :ty: Im totally confused!

lol, I've also just felt my aids and my Audi has left the covers open over the programme cables slot! Been walking round for 3 hours with the open. Wonder if they have damaged them?

First of all- not enough info here. Is your HA on the compatible list? Can you hear the demo when you first pair it to your HA? second, are you using the base station hooked to the TV? ARe you using FM signal for base transmitter? If so then is the FM part plugged on your your loop? Are you in the right MODE ? or are you trying to stream directly to your loop unit with cable adapter? are you using the red or white side of audio on tv? or both with adapter to change stereo to mono? Do you have a cell phone? is the Blue tooth disabled on it since it will override as primary over other sounds.

Too many variables here... however silly question here is the compilot fully charged?
Sorry about too many questions here but as a tech junkie here I just know there is something wrong here. just gotta narrow it down to what it is.

I've plugged it in to my TV with all the adapters that came with it and still doesn't work.

My aids do work with the ComPilot as I've been using it for music and trying to use the cell.

Bluetooth is turned off on my cell.

I'm not using with with FM, I'm using the TV Link S station.

The mode/program should be automatic when I turn it on.

Battery full charged this morning.

Do you use a cable box with your tv? If so, did you try plugging the cables onto that instead of the tv? I'm not home so I can't check where mine is plugged (plus I know UK & USA use different types of plugs, etc.

It's plugged into my actual TV as I've just got a new TV. I tried it with my iPod and it worked so I think it's something to do with my TV so going to pop to the shop tomorrow to try and work out what is up.

Thanks LoveBlue
