Okay, maybe not 24 million. How about all the civilians do that to everybody in that rouge military? That would give 'em an idea of how THEY feel.

They don't even have the freedom to train for it. It's hopeless, that's why we have sanctions in place to choke off the leadership of hard currency.

There is that. If that ruler were to be charged, he would do all he could to NOT be arrested; that I'm almost sure of. He is more ruthless than the Germans in some ways.

If I had my way, I would do it Wild West style. Give him a run for his money, and lasso him up and hogtie him up. Then let the other cowboys do their thing. Of course, all this is wishful thinking.
